About
I am a product owner working on digital products in education and assessment. Most of my work sits where product thinking meets systems integration: platforms that have to be reliable, accessible and secure, delivered across teams that do not always speak the same language.
Before this I worked on a lifelong learning platform for a professional medical body. The subject matter changes; the underlying problem rarely does. Someone has to hold the line between what the strategy says, what the systems can do, and what the people using the service actually need.
I came to product work by way of video production, which taught me more about audience and constraint than any framework has. I still shoot and edit.
I write here to understand my own work better, and because these lessons are more useful shared than kept.
